The Kern Medical Foundation is proud to partner with our community to secure funds and resources necessary to support Kern Medical’s life-changing and life-saving programs. By raising private support, the Foundation is able to raise funds for patient services, facilities, equipment and for research efforts. 100% of every dollar raised increases quality of life for you, your loved ones, and your neighbors.
This year the Kern Medical Foundation is raising money for Kern Medical’s MARC program.
What is the MARC program?
Kern Medical’s MARC program, short for Medication Assistance and Recovery Clinic, went live in October of 2023. The clinic aims to provide services beyond opioid and alcohol use disorders, extending a caring hand to individuals struggling with any form of dependency.
Dr. Sarah Gonzalez, the director of MARC, offers personalized medication plans to ensure treatment aligns with individual requirements. Patients have the opportunity to meet with our dedicated team, including Dr. Gonzalez, a compassionate therapist, and a clinical pharmacist.
